I stumbled upon Renew wellness and saw what high ratings they have. I wasn't sure what to try first so I went with the Hydrabody package.The facility is super clean and you feel instantly relaxed upon walking in. Jeannie is the person who assisted me. She's probably one the nicest people I've ever met. Very kind and cares about her clients.The Hydrabody is a pod that you lay in with your head sticking out. It vibrates and massages your whole body while using red light therapy and it heats up like a sauna. It's good for detoxing, balancing hormones, inflammation and body aches. Jeanie knew it was my first time so she made sure not to make it too hot for me. After 30 mins, it honestly felt like I had a great workout.I'II be coming back for facials and other self care offerings in the near future.

I absolutely LOVE Renew Wellness. I have been going for a couple years now and I plan to be a lifer. I get Cryo facials regularly and also get Cryo slimming when needed. And THEY WORK! The facials help with my wrinkles and the slimming has gotten rid of my love handles! The Pods there are so relaxing! I highly recommend! You'll love it! I always look forward to my appointments!

My fiancé and I had our appointments with Jeanie, we did the cyro skimming as well as the pods and we loved the whole experience. The salon itself is so calming and clean, and Jeanie is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about renew wellness spa! Renew spa is literally my home away from home. Tiffany and Jeannie make you feel so welcomed.They are so helpful and just good people. I absolutely love the cryo facials and cryo slimming. The sculpt pod has helped me and my mom so much with our overall health. Injured my ACL this summer the sculpt Pod and cryo pain management relieved so much of my pain and Inflammation. Cryo facials have done wonders to my face I don't feel the need for botox and fillers.
